All orders are processed within 2–3 Business Days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, sales, or festive seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll notify you via email.

Shipping Methods

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely. The shipping method available for your order will depend on your delivery location and will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Metro Cities: 2–4 Business Days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary depending on courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across India—no minimum purchase required.

There are no hidden shipping fees. The total amount you see at checkout is the final amount you'll pay (unless otherwise stated for special services or promotions).

Please note that additional charges may apply only in exceptional cases, such as re-shipping due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Delivery Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
