At Main Character Dept., we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy below.


Return Eligibility

You may request a return within  7 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags and packaging are intact.

  • The item is in its original condition without any stains, damage, or alterations.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Timeframe

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing maincharacterdept26@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your request is approved, we'll provide you with further instructions for returning your item.


Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 Bussines days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to product availability.

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or another product, please contact us at maincharacterdept26@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit, where applicable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at maincharacterdept26@gmail.com

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or incorrect:

  • Worn, washed, or used products

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

  • Final sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless otherwise stated)

  • Customized or personalized products


Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Main Character Dept will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
